Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) is a cloud architecture that combines network and security-as-a-service functions and delivers them as a single cloud service.
SASE lets the remote workforce take advantage of the firewall as a service (FWaaS), secure web gateway (SWG), zero-trust network access (ZTNA), and many other threat detection functions. SASE is composed of Security Service Edge (SSE) and SD-WAN.
Why does SASE matter for you?
You are increasingly relying on cloud-based applications to run the businesses and support distributed workflows for remote and mobile users. In doing that, your network has expanded beyond the conventional network edge, opening new attack surfaces and challenging your team to secure and manage an ever-expanding infrastructure.
If you want to remain competitive, you have to secure all endpoints and manage them with the same security and networking policies regardless of location.
For that you need SASE.
